Claro ("Quit w/ Claro") is built by Loricco & Co. Your privacy matters to us. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what we do collect stays anonymized.
Your quit date, streak, craving logs, triggers, motivations, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your phone unless you choose to share a milestone card.
We use PostHog for anonymized usage analytics to understand how people use Claro and improve the app. No personal identifiers are collected. Analytics are consent-gated.
Claro Pro subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and Apple. We receive anonymized purchase events. We never see your Apple ID, payment details, or billing information.
We use Sentry for crash reporting to fix bugs. All personally identifiable information is stripped before transmission.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, health data, or any other personal information. We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA). We do not sell data. Period.
Analytics data is retained for 12 months. Since your personal data lives on your device, you can delete it anytime by deleting the app. To request deletion of any anonymized analytics data, contact us at the email below.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Since we collect almost nothing, there's almost nothing to request — but we're happy to help. Contact us anytime.
Claro is not intended for children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Claro after changes constitutes acceptance.
