Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find Claro Pro and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Claro, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I delete my data?

Your data lives on your device. Deleting the app removes all local data. To request deletion of anonymized analytics data, email us at admin@loriccoandco.com.

The breathing exercise isn't working for me.

Try finding a quiet place and focusing on the rhythm. If guided breathing increases anxiety, use the "Just Breathe" option for a simpler experience. Everyone responds differently — it may take a few sessions to feel the benefit.

The app is crashing or not loading.

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. Still having trouble? Email us with your device model and iOS version.

I'm experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms.
